城教融合背景下技术创新型人才“产学研协同”培养探索与实践——以北京工业职业技术学院人才培养改革为例

摘要 为适应首都城市发展对技术技能人才创新能力的新需求,深化城教融合,以北京工业职业技术学院人才培养改革为例,从平台、专业群、培养体系、支撑体系、运行机制5个方面对技术创新型人才“产学研协同”培养进行探索和实践。依托产学研协同育人平台,构建“课内课外相贯通,教学现场与实践场景相衔接”培养体系,形成课程学习筑基、社团科研提升、技能大赛演练、技术服务实战的培养路线,对实现技术创新型人才培养和产教深度融合具有实践意义。 In order to meet new requirements of city-education integration development for innovation ability of skilled technical talents,taking the talents cultivation reform of Beijing Polytechnic College as an example,this paper explores and practices“industry-college-research cooperation”cultivation of technical innovative talents from five aspects,including platform,professional group,cultivation system,support system and operation mechanism.Relying on the industry-college-research collaborative education platform,it builds“in class is connected with out of class,and teaching scene with practice scene”cultivation system,and forms the cultivation route of courses foundation,community scientific research promotion,skills competition training,technical service practice,which is of great significance for realizing the deep integration of technology innovative talents cultivation with industry and education.
