产教融合背景下会展专业人才培养模式探究——以北京市对外贸易学校为例

On Talents Cultivation Model of Convention and Exhibition Major Under Background of Integration of Industry and Education——Taking Beijing Foreign Trade School as an Example

针对当前职业院校会展专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,以北京市对外贸易学校首都会展服务管理学院会展专业人才培养模式为例,从创立校企“六共”合作机制,创新项目式模块化课程体系,建设多场景多功能实训基地,建立“项目引领、工学并进”教学实施路径,健全多元化发展性学业评价体系以及完善“人、财、物、制度”四维度保障体系等方面进行探索和实践,提出“一真双链三阶段”人才培养模式,以期为同类型专业和院校提供借鉴和参考。

In view of the problems existing in the training process of convention and exhibition professionals in vocational schools,taking the training mode of convention and exhibition professionals in the Capital Convention and Exhibition Service Management Institute of Beijing Foreign Trade School as an example,this paper explored and practiced from the establishment of a“six party”cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,the innovation of a project based modular curriculum system,the construction of a multi scene and multi-functional training base,the establishment of a teaching implementation path of“project leading,learning and working together”,the improvement of the diversified and developmental academic evaluation system and the improvement of the four dimension guarantee system of“people,money,material and system”,and put forward the talent training mode of“one true program,two developing chains and three stages”,with a view to providing reference for the same type of majors and schools.
