城市更新中基坑支撑体系的优化探索

摘要 上海杨树浦水厂深度处理改造工程具有地质条件复杂、周边环境敏感、工期紧张等特点,尤其是原址改建的2^(#)、3^(#)沉淀池,基坑面积大,离运营中的文保建筑仅6 m,环境保护等级高。结合现场环境特点,充分利用旧水池结构现状条件,将基坑原设计的钢筋混凝土水平支撑体系优化调整为钢管斜抛撑支撑体系,最终达到基坑安全施工、降低造价、工期缩短的要求,可为今后类似的基坑施工提供参考。 The advanced treatment and reconstruction project of Shanghai Yangshupu Water Plant has the characteristics of complex geological conditions, sensitive surrounding environment and tight construction period.Particularly, the 2^(#) and 3^(#) sedimentation tanks reconstructed at the original site have a large foundation pit area, only 6 m away from the cultural protection buildings in operation and high grade of environmental protection. Combining with the characteristics of the site environment, making full use of the existing conditions of the old pool structure, the originally designed reinforced concrete horizontal support system of the foundation pit was optimized and adjusted to the steel pipe inclined support system. Finally, the requirements of safe construction of the foundation pit, reduction of the cost and construction period were achieved. It can provide reference for similar foundation pit construction in the future.
