摘要
为提高有黏结预应力无梁板结构的成形质量,从预应力筋铺设质量环节出发,分析了预应力筋铺设一次验收合格率较低的原因。基于预留孔道(金属波纹管)浇筑混凝土时出现移位和变形、预留孔道(金属波纹管)的位置偏差大这两方面的主要质量问题,通过混凝土浇捣工艺优化、改用三角桁架筋绑扎固定以及增加跨间固定点位等措施,实现了预应力筋铺设质量的提升,有效保证了有黏结预应力无梁板结构的成形质量。
To improve the forming quality of bonded prestressed beamless slab structure, the reason of low one-time acceptance rate of laying prestressed tendons is analyzed from the quality control of laying prestressed tendons.Based on the two main quality problems of displacement and deformation of the reserved duct(metal corrugated pipe)when pouring concrete, and the large position deviation of the reserved duct(metal corrugated pipe), the laying quality of prestressed tendons is improved by optimizing the concrete pouring and tamping process, changing the use of triangular truss reinforcement for binding and fixing, and increasing the fixed points between spans. It effectively ensures the forming quality of bonded prestressed beamless slab structure.
