基于钢结构主体工程的铝单板幕墙施工技术

Construction Technology of Aluminum Veneer Curtain Wall Based on Main Project of Steel Structure

以上海市某医院项目为例,对铝单板幕墙工程的主要做法和技术措施进行了研究。解决了在装配式钢结构主体工程的围护系统中,铝单板幕墙工程在预埋件、转接件、铝单板加工及安装、构件定位等施工方面存在的困难。同时,根据现场实际情况,确定了铝单板幕墙的保温节能、层间防火封堵等详细的构造做法。最终完成的铝单板幕墙整体观感较好,达到了铝单板幕墙方案设计的预期效果,为铝单板幕墙在装配式钢结构主体工程施工中提供了设计和施工的经验,可在不同的建筑类型和结构体系中借鉴和推广。

Taking a hospital project in Shanghai as an example, the main practices and technical measures of aluminum veneer curtain wall project are studied. It solves the difficulties in the construction of embedded parts, adapters,aluminum veneer processing and installation, component positioning, and other aspects of the aluminum veneer curtain wall project in the enclosure system of the main project of the fabricated steel structure. At the same time, according to the actual situation of the site, the detailed construction practices of aluminum veneer curtain wall, such as thermal insulation and energy conservation, interlayer fireproof plugging, are determined. The finished aluminum veneer curtain wall has a good overall appearance, reaching the expected effect of the aluminum veneer curtain wall scheme design,providing experience in design and construction of aluminum veneer curtain wall in the construction of the main project of fabricated steel structure, which can be used for reference and promotion in different building types and structural systems.
