摘要
为解决大尺寸、大质量玻璃幕墙安装过程中的技术难题,减少劳动力依赖,实现自动安装、智慧安装,对高效自动化幕墙玻璃安装技术进行了研究。通过精准计算自停留平衡吊点及旋转角度,配合提升装置、配套小车等核心装置,将近200 kg的框架式玻璃大块材,由提升装置按预计算的平衡吊点提升至需要的高度,辅以带角度的小车,即可实现玻璃自动起升与安装。该技术核心装置简单,操作方便,效益显著,推广性强,未来配合智能算法与数据处理芯片,即可对接智慧建造、数字建造理念。
To solve the technical problems in the installation process of large-size and large-mass glass curtain walls,reduce labor dependence, and realize automatic installation and intelligent installation, the high-efficiency automatic curtain wall glass installation technology is studied. By accurately calculating the self-staying balance lifting point and rotation angle, cooperating with the lifting device, supporting trolley and other core devices, the large frame glass block of nearly 200 kg is lifted to the required height by the lifting device according to the pre-calculated balance lifting point, supplemented by the trolley with angle, which can realize the automatic lifting and installation of glass. The core device of this technology is simple, easy to operate, with significant benefits and strong popularization. In the future, with intelligent algorithms and data processing chips, smart construction and digital construction concepts can be connected accordingly.
