摘要
以天津大学北洋园校区化工材料科技创新平台工程为例,对地面内嵌大尺寸整体吊装开启式采光平窗的施工技术进行了研究。通过在天窗周圈设置排水沟、挡水台等“外截内防”节点处理措施,并重点做好天窗结构与外侧防水卷材的节点处理,实现了天窗整体内嵌于地面,保证了室外整体观感,同时满足防水、保温、安全等各方面要求。积累的经验可供类似工程参考。
Taking the chemical materials science and technology innovation platform project of Beiyang Garden Campus of Tianjin University as an example, the construction technology of ground floor embedded large size integral hoisting open daylighting window is studied. By setting drainage ditches, water retaining platforms and other "outside interception and inner prevention" node treatment measures around the skylights, focusing on the node treatment of skylight structure and external waterproof roll, the skylights are embedded in the ground floor as a whole, which can ensure the overall outdoor appearance, and meet the requirements of waterproof, thermal insulation, safety and so on. The accumulated experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
