摘要
泡沫混凝土以赛道填充路堤为背景,对大体积轻质泡沫混凝土的快速施工方法进行了研究。根据技术要求设计出了合理、经济、绿色的配合比方案,并根据精细化建模,对大体积填筑区域进行网格划分,利用跳仓法进行施工,在分仓区域采用免拆卸模板和车载移动式智能控制系统进行施工,从而保证了泡沫混凝土的施工速度和施工质量。
Taking the racetrack-filled embankment as the background, the rapid construction method of mass lightweight foam concrete is studied. According to the technical requirements, a reasonable, economical and green mix proportion scheme is designed. Furthermore, according to the refined modeling, the grid division of the large volume filling area is performed;the alternative bay construction method is used for construction, and the demount-free formwork and vehicle mounted mobile intelligent control system are used for construction in the sub bay area, so as to ensure the construction speed and quality of foam concrete.
