摘要
结合工程实际,对采用铝合金模板进行施工时,与钢筋施工的冲突点进行了研究。在对铝合金模板与钢筋在施工中的相互影响进行解析的基础上,针对钢筋施工中的不同阶段,采取有力的监督管理措施,有效避免了施工过程中发生钢筋保护层不足、钢筋被破坏、钢筋缺失、钢筋间距过大、降低钢筋在混凝土中的握裹力等现象,保障了钢筋混凝土结构质量,提高了施工过程中的安全性。
Combined with the engineering practice, the conflict points between aluminum alloy formwork and steel bar construction are studied. Based on the analysis of the interaction between aluminum alloy formwork and steel bar during construction, effective supervision and management measures are taken for different stages of steel bar construction,which effectively avoid the phenomenon of insufficient steel bar protective cover, steel bar damage, steel bar missing,excessive spacing of steel bar, and reduced grip of steel bar in concrete during the construction process, ensures the quality of reinforced concrete structure, and improves the safety during construction.
