多腔矩形钢管混凝土巨型柱自密实混凝土性能研究

摘要 结合工程实际,研究了混凝土配合比中各组分对多腔矩形钢管混凝土巨型柱核心混凝土物理性能和流动性的影响。测试了自密实混凝土原材料性能、核心混凝土配合比设计、自密实混凝土基本物理性能和坍落度,得出以下结论:混凝土凝结时间主要受到粉煤灰掺量和减水剂掺量的影响,混凝土的早期抗压强度和抗折强度随着减水剂掺量的提高先增大后减小。当减水剂掺量超过一定范围时,其抗压强度和抗折强度则会开始下降。自密实混凝土流动性主要受水泥含量、减水剂掺量和矿粉掺量的影响。相关结论可供今后工程参考。 Combined with the engineering practice, the influence of concrete mix proportion on the physical properties and fluidity of the core concrete of multi-cavity concrete-filled rectangular steel tube mega column was studied. The raw material properties of self-compacting concrete, the mix proportion design of core concrete, the basic physical properties and slump of self compacting concrete were tested, and it was concluded as follows: the setting time of concrete is mainly affected by the amount of fly ash and water reducing agent;the early compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete increased first and then decreased with the increase of water reducing agent;when the amount of water reducing agent exceeds a certain range, its compressive strength and flexural strength begin to decline;the fluidity of self-compacting concrete is mainly affected by cement content, water reducing agent content and mineral powder content. The relevant conclusions can be used as reference for future projects.
