摘要
在装配式高架桥梁施工过程中,施工进度管理是影响工程经济效益的重要环节。针对预制拼装施工进度管理同步性欠缺、展现方式不直观等问题,提出一种基于数字孪生技术的预制拼装施工进度管理方法。该方法从当前预制拼装施工现场管理的需求出发,构建包含物理层、模型层、数据层和功能层的数字孪生应用框架。在此基础上,通过研究搭建数字孪生虚拟模型、Unity综合开发、数据驱动等关键技术,实现可视化显示、人机交互、数据传输等功能,达到预制拼装施工现场与虚拟模型之间实时交互的效果。对于实现施工现场的精细化、动态化管理,提升预制拼装施工进度管理效率具有积极的推动作用。
During the construction of prefabricated viaducts, construction progess management is an important link that affects the economic benefits of the project. As to the lack of synchronization and unintuitive presentation of the construction progress management of prefabricated assembly, a method of construction progress management of prefabricated assembly based on digital twin technology is proposed. This method starts from the requirements of the current prefabrication construction site management, and constructs a digital twin application framework including physical layer, model layer, data layer and functional layer. On this basis, through the research and construction of digital twin virtual model, Unity comprehensive development, data drive and other key technologies, the visual display,human-computer interaction, data transmission and other functions are realized to achieve the real-time interaction effect between the prefabricated assembly construction site and the virtual model. It plays a positive role in realizing the fine and dynamic management of the construction site and improving the efficiency of the progress management of the prefabricated assembly construction.
