摘要
钢结构相对传统建筑形式工业化更高,是未来建筑的发展趋势,但钢结构数字化建造仍存在与其他专业一体化应用较少等问题。针对大型机场航站楼钢结构数字化时存在的模型难以全过程适用、工程体量大、数据多的难点,详细介绍了湖北鄂州民用机场转运中心工程钢结构数字化建造技术,采用Tekla模型输出IFC文件导入Revit软件,使用自主开发的插件,实现全类型构件均可编辑属性完成转换,在项目实施阶段结合轻量化BIM模型高效完成按模施工、计量计价、竣工验收,可为今后类似项目钢结构数字化建造提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of construction technology and digital technology in China, digital construction technology is widely used in practical projects. Steel structure is more industrialized than traditional building form, which is the development trend of future buildings. However, digital construction of steel structure still has problems such as less integration with other specialties. In view of the difficulties in the digitalization of the steel structure of the large airport terminal building, such as the model is difficult to apply in the whole process, the project volume is large, and there are many data,the digitalization construction technology of the steel structure of the Hubei Ezhou Civil Airport Transfer Center Project is introduced in detail. The Tekla model is used to output IFC files and import them into Revit software. The self-developed plug-in is used to realize the editable attribute conversion of all types of components. In the project implementation phase, the lightweight BIM model is used to efficiently complete the construction by mold, measurement and pricing, and completion acceptance, which can provide reference for the future digital construction of similar projects.
