摘要
基于上海市嘉定区嘉定老城核心区JDC1-0402单元05-02地块项目,针对项目特有的SPCS预制体系、新型装配式精装体系的高质量、高效率要求,构建面向装配式建筑工程的智能建造技术实施路线,系统阐述在施工过程中智能建造相关技术的全面应用,包含BIM技术、基于BIM的协同管理平台、工程物联网技术、人工智能及智能施工设备等多维度应用,辅助施工现场精益建造、智慧管理,为智能建造与建筑工业化融合发展起到了良好的示范作用。
Based on the project of Plot 05-02, Unit JDC1-0402, the core area of Jiading Old City, Jiading District, Shanghai,and in view of the high quality and high efficiency requirements of the project’s unique SPCS prefabrication system and new prefabricated hardbound system, the implementation route of intelligent construction technology oriented to prefabricated building engineering is constructed. The comprehensive application of intelligent construction related technologies in the construction process, including BIM technology, BIM based collaborative management platform, engineering Internet of Things technology, artificial intelligence, intelligent construction equipment and other multi-dimensional applications, is systematical y described. Assisted with the lean construction and intelligent management of the construction site, it plays a good demonstration role for the integration and development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.
