Research on Factors Affecting Cost of Prefabricated Buildings Based on ISM

通过文献研究以及调查问卷的形式确定了影响装配式建筑成本的相关因素,并构建影响因素的解释结构模型,得出各影响因素之间的相互关系。将装配式建筑成本影响因素分为5个层次,明确影响因素的层次结构关系,找出导致装配式建筑成本过高的直接因素和根本因素,为装配式建筑的发展提供了一定的参考依据。

Through literature research and questionnaire, the relevant factors that affect the cost of prefabricated buildings are determined, and the explanatory structure model of the influencing factors is established to obtain the relationship between the influencing factors. The factors affecting the cost of prefabricated buildings are divided into five levels, the hierarchical relationship of the factors is clarified, and the direct and fundamental factors leading to the high cost of prefabricated buildings are found out, which provides a certain reference for the development of prefabricated buildings.
