摘要 为解决掘进工作面断层探测效率低、过断层支护困难问题,提出瞬变电磁法、TSP物探替代原始钻探工艺,同时提出超前注浆+架棚喷浆+钢筋混凝土浇筑+壁后注浆的联合支护方案。现场实践结果表明,瞬变电磁法、TSP物探结合下的综合探测可有效提高超前探测的精准性和勘探效率;采取的联合支护能够有效控制围岩变形量,最大变形量仅22m。解决了掘进工作面过断层期间的高效、精准探测及支护难题。 In order to solve the problems of low fault detection efficiency and difficult overfault support,the transient electromagnetic method and TSP geophysical exploration replace the original drilling process,and the joint support scheme of advanced grouting+rack grouting+reinforced concrete pouring+backwall grouting is proposed.The field practice results show that the transient electromagnetic method and TSP geophysical exploration can effectively improve the accuracy and advance exploration efficiency;the combined support can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation,and the maximum deformation amount is only 22m.It solves the problem of efficient and accurate detection and support during the tunneling face crossing the fault.
