摘要 城市道路综合管廊长距离输水管道系统中,瞬变流数值模拟对系统安全运行十分重要。近些年,高分子材料技术的迅猛发展,使得黏弹性管材如聚氯乙烯(PVC)管、聚乙烯(PE)管等在管廊输水管道系统中的应用愈来愈广泛。与弹性管道力学特性不同,黏弹性管道兼具弹性和黏性力学行为,这使得在数值模拟黏弹性管道水力瞬变过程中,本构参数的辨识尤为重要。因此,本文基于黏弹性管道瞬变流模型(采用Kelvin-Voigt模型结合一维拟稳态摩阻模型),建立城市道路综合管廊黏弹性管道参数辨识模型,利用序列二次规划(SQP)算法进行求解。结果表明,该辨识方法可以在不同温度下快速且准确辨识黏弹性管道本构参数,为城市道路综合管廊长距离输水管道参数辨识提供理论支持。 Numerical simulation of transient flow is very important for the safe operation of long-distance water transmission pipelines in road utility tunnels. Recently, with the rapid development of polymer material technology, viscoelastic pipes, such as polyvinyl chloride(PVC) and polyethylene(PE), have been widely used in road utility pipelines systems. Different from the mechanical characteristics of elastic pipeline, viscoelastic pipes have both elastic and viscous mechanical behaviors, which makes calibration of constitutive parameters particularly important in the numerical simulation of hydraulic transient process of viscoelastic pipes. Therefore, based on the transient flow model of viscoelastic pipe(using the Kelvin-Voigt model combined with the one-dimensional quasi-steady-state friction model), this paper establishes a calibration model of viscoelastic pipe in urban road utility tunnels, and uses the Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP) algorithm to solve it. Numerical results show that this calibration model is capable of identifying the constitutive parameters quickly and accurately at different water temperatures. It can provide theoretical support for the calibration of constitutive parameters in long-distance water transmission pipelines in road utility tunnels.
