一种新型钢丝绳索节浇铸专用胶水的研制

Development of a new type of special glue for steelwire rope joint casting

采用PPG2000聚醚多元醇与TDI合成聚氨酯预聚物(PUR),PUR和HDI按一定配比与环氧树脂E44的羟基反应,生成多官能团高强度增韧的环氧树脂(UE),最后采用α-甲基丙烯酸(MA)使环氧基开环生成酯键,合成出多官能团乙烯基酯树脂MUE(H),该树脂为钢丝绳索节浇铸胶水的专用树脂,具有高强度、高韧性等特点。研制的钢丝绳索节浇铸胶水各项性能指标均超过Wirelock产品,拉伸强度达到了21.6 MPa,弯曲强度60.1 MPa,压缩强度为128.0 MPa,钢-钢抗剪强度为16.8 MPa,在7 d冻融后钢-钢抗剪性能明显优于Wirelock产品。在钢丝绳索节拉伸破断试验中,钢丝绳索节K12D和K45D的钢丝绳均破断,而钢丝绳索节浇铸胶水完好、无脱落。

In this paper,polyurethane prepolymer(PUR)was synthesized by PPG2000 and TDI,and the PUR and HDI reacted with hydroxyl group of epoxy resin E44 in a certain ratio to form a high strength toughened epoxy resin(UE)with multi functional groups.Finally,α-methacrylic acid(MA)was used to open the epoxy group and generate ester bond,thus synthesizing the multifunctional vinyl ester resin MUE(H),which is used for wirerope socketing resin with high strength,high toughness and so on.The tensile strength being 21.6 MPa,the bending strength being 60.1 MPa,the compressive strength being 128.0 MPa,the steel-steel shear strength being 16.8 MPa,the developed wirerope socketing resin functions better than the Wirelock products in all aspects,with the steel-steel shear strength obviously better after 7 days of freeze-thaw.In the tensile breaking experiment,K12D and K45D wirerope socketings were broken,while the wirerope socketing resin was intact and did not fall off.
