摘要
为保证换流变压器阀厅安全,提升防火墙孔洞封堵结构材料耐火性能,研究换流变压器阀厅防火墙孔洞封堵结构材料耐火极限问题。以某高压换流站为例,采用5层封堵结构材料封堵换流变压器阀厅防火墙孔洞;依据选择测定点,通过耐火极限试验计算各个测点的温度曲线,生成孔洞封堵结构材料的耐火极限曲线;采用LS-DYNA有限元软件,模拟分析封堵结构材料内部温度传递过程中的温度场,分析其耐火极限。分析结果显示:经过3 h的耐火极限后,受火面在15 min时温度即达到1100℃左右,龙骨的温度为182℃;距离孔洞距离最近的测点温度最高,分别为120、134℃,符合相关标准;且没有发生漏火现象,结构整体的密封性以及隔热性均较为完好;在相同的耐火时间下,模拟的封堵结构材料温度的增加较慢,温度场扩散速度较慢。
In order to ensure the safety of converter transformer valve hall and improve the fire resistance performance of firewall hole sealing structural material,the fire resistance limit of firewall hole sealing structure material of converter transformer valve hall was studied.Taking a high voltage converter station as an example,the firewall hole of converter transformer valve hall was blocked by using 5-layer sealing structure material.According to the selection of measuring points,the temperature curves of each measuring point were calculated through the fire resistance test,and the fire resistance curves of hole sealing structure materials were generated.LS-DYNA finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the temperature field in the process of internal temperature transfer of sealing structure material,and to calculate its fire resistance limit.The analysis results show that:after 3 h fire resistance limit,the temperature of the fire surface reached about 950℃at 30 min,the temperature of the keel was 182℃,and the temperature of the nearest measuring point from the hole was 120℃and 134℃,respectively,in line with the relevant standards.There is no fire leakage phenomenon,the sealing and heat insulation of the structure as a whole are relatively intact.Under the same refractory time,the temperature of the simulated sealing structure material increases slowly,and the temperature field diffusion rate is slow.
