一种电能计量检查的数字智能速算方法设计

摘要 研究一种面向智能电能表计量检查的快速推算法。对m周期内抄表数据结果进行标准偏差率分析,将标准偏差率除以电能消耗均值形成熵值S,将排除近f个周期的标准偏差率与全周期标准偏差率形成熵值R,通过统计学方法确定熵值S、R的报警触发阈值,从而发现智能电能表的计量问题。利用电网营销部门的实际抄表数据和电表拆修数据构成真实数据集,比较革新方法与传统方法的差异。结果表明:革新方法的误差率显著低于传统方法,故障敏感性略高于传统方法,检查过程的人力成本和时间成本远小于传统方法;革新方法可以实现在无人干预的情况下随时对全网智能电表进行不完备数据条件下的高精度计量问题预警。 A fast calculation method for the measurement and inspection of intelligent watt hour meter was studied in this paper.The standard deviation rate of meter reading data in m cycle was analyzed.The standard deviation rate was divided by the average power consumption to form entropy value S.The standard deviation rate of nearly f cycles and the standard deviation rate of full cycle were excluded to form entropy value R.The alarm trigger threshold of entropy value S and R was determined by statistical method,so as to find the measurement problem of intelligent energy meter.This paper uses the actual meter reading data and meter repair data of power grid marketing department to form a real data set,and compares the differences between the innovative method and the traditional method.Results show that the error rate of the innovative method was significantly lower than that of the traditional method,the fault sensitivity was slightly higher than that of the traditional method,and the labor cost and time cost of the inspection process were far less than those of the traditional method.It can be concluded that the innovative method can realize the early warning of high-precision measurement problems of intelligent meters in the whole network at any time without intervention under the condition of incomplete data.
