新时代高校党建带团建的内涵及路径研究

On the Connotation and Path of Leading League Construction through Party Construction in Universities in the New Era

坚持党建带团建是中国共产党的优良传统和政治优势,也是高校党建工作的重要内容和提升思想政治教育水平的现实需要。新时代高校党建带团建有明确的制度逻辑、行动逻辑、时代逻辑遵循,它包含了四个带,即带政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设。在世情、党情和国情发生新变化的情况下,高校党建带团建工作也面临新的风险与挑战,针对新时代高校党建带团建工作存在的问题,从思想认识、工作机制、组织设置、工作载体四个方面提出党建带团建的工作路径。

Adherence to leading league construction through Party construction is not only the fine tradition and political advantage of the Chinese Communist Party,but also an important content of Party construction in colleges and universities and a realistic need to improve the level of ideological and political education.In the new era,colleges and universities’Party construction to lead League construction has clear system logic,action logic,and era logic to follow.It includes four areas,namely,political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,and style construction.In the context of new changes in the world,the Party,the country,the work of Party construction in colleges and universities are also facing new risks and challenges.Aiming at the problems in colleges and universities’leading League construction through Party construction in the new era,this paper advances the working path of leading League construction through Party construction from such four aspects as the ideological understanding,working mechanism,organization framework and carrier of work.
