摘要
目的评价整体护理干预的落实在改善脑卒中继发癫痫患者运动、生活能力等方面的价值,为脑卒中继发癫痫患者临床护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院2019年3月至2020年1月期间的84例脑卒中继发癫痫患者,以1∶1比例法分组护理。对照组与观察组各42例脑卒中继发癫痫患者,分别采取常规护理、整体护理干预,比较两组患者的运动能力、生活能力改善情况以及护理满意度。结果组间护理总满意度比较,观察组总满意度95.23%高于对照组78.57%,P<0.05。组间护理后Fugl-Meyer量表运动功能、Barthel指数日常生活能力评分比较护理前改善,且观察组脑卒中继发癫痫患者指标评分改善更为明显,P<0.05。结论脑卒中继发癫痫患者临床护理中运用整体护理干预助于改善患者的运动、生活能力,进而提升患者康复后生活质量,满足患者护理需求。
Objective To evaluate the value of holistic nursing intervention in improving the movement and living ability of patients with epilepsy after stroke,and to provide reference for clinical nursing work of patients with epilepsy after stroke.Methods A total of 84 patients with epilepsy after stroke in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected and treated in groups with a 1∶1 ratio.In the control group and observation group,42 patients with epilepsy after stroke were treated with conventional nursing and holistic nursing intervention respectively.The exercise ability,improvement of living ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the total satisfaction of nursing care between groups,the total satisfaction of observation group was 95.23%higher than that of control group 78.57%,P<0.05.The motor function of Fugl-Meyer scale and the Barthel index of daily living ability scores after nursing between groups were improved compared with that before nursing,and the index scores of patients with cerebral apoplexy and epilepsy in the observation group improved significantly,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of holistic nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with cerebral apoplexy and epilepsy can help improve the patient's exercise and living ability,thereby improving the quality of life of the patient after rehabilitation and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
