集束化护理在呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗中的应用研究

Application of Cluster Nursing in Non-Invasive Ventilator Therapy for Patients with Respiratory Failure

目的论集束化护理应用在无创呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭患者中的效果。方法对2019年4月至2020年8月来我院接受无创呼吸机治疗的72例呼吸衰竭病例通过随机抽签方法分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。分别对两组患者通过集束化护理(观察组)和常规护理(对照组)进行干预,对两组患者经过不同护理以后的有效率、并发症发生率、治疗前后的肺功能指标、生活质量,治疗以后的满意度等进行统计学对比。结果①观察组(34例,占比为94.44%)的治疗有效率相比对照组(25例,占比为69.44%)明显更高(P<0.05)。②观察组(2例,占比为5.56%)治疗之后的相关并发症发生率比对照组(12例,占比为33.33%)更低(P<0.05)。③治疗前,两组患者FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC和PEF等差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察在的FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC和PEF等改善效果明显比对照组更显著(P<0.05)。④治疗前,观察组和对照组在SF-36生活质量量表评分的差异不具有显著性(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的SF-36生活质量量表的改善效果明显比对照组更好(P<0.05)。⑤观察组(35例,占比为97.22%)患者后对护理的满意度相比对照组(26例,占比为72.22%)而言具有更高的评价质量(P<0.05)。结论对无创呼吸机治疗的呼吸衰竭患者通过集束化护理进行干预能使治疗总有效率得到提升,还能降低患者因病而出现的各类并发症,调节患者的肺功能各项指标,使患者的生活质量得到好转,能提升整体满意程度,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the effect of cluster nursing in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure by non-invasive ventilator.Methods Seventy-two cases of respiratory failure who came to our hospital for non-invasive ventilator treatment from April 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The two groups of patients were intervened through cluster nursing(observation group)and routine nursing(control group)respectively.Statistical comparisons were made on satisfaction after treatment.Results(1)The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(34 cases,accounting for 94.44%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(25 cases,accounting for 69.44%)(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of related complications in the observation group(2 cases,accounting for 5.56%)after treatment was lower than that in the control group(12 cases,accounting for 33.33%)(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC and PEF between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement effect of FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC and PEF in the observation group was significantly more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the SF-36 quality of life scale between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 quality of life in the observation group the improvement effect of the table was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)The patients in the observation group(35 cases,accounting for 97.22%)were more satisfied with the nursing than the control group(26 cases,accounting for 72.22%),had higher evaluation quality(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention through cluster nursing for patients with respiratory failure treated by non-invasive ventilator can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce various complications of patients due to illness,and adjust various indicators of patients'pulmonary function,so that patients can achieve better results.The quality of life has improved,and overall satisfaction can be improved,which is recommended.
