摘要
目的分析临床治疗中钢板螺钉内固定术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折中的实际疗效。方法自2020年3月至2022年3月选择本院骨科收治的56例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折者,以不同治疗方案分为甲组、乙组,甲组采用石膏外固定技术;乙组应用钢板螺钉内固定技术,比较甲、乙组骨折者并发症、满意率以及临床时间指标、疼痛程度、肘膝等关节功能评分。结果乙组骨折者术后并发症发作率、手术疗效满意率、完成手术时间、骨折愈合时间、VAS评分、肘膝关节功能评分均优于甲组(P<0.05),两组患者住院时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中钢板螺钉内固定技术临床效果显著,不易出现并发症,能够适当减缓术后疼痛,促进肘膝等关节功能早期恢复,应推进该技术。
Objective To analyze the practical effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fracture of long bone in extremities.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,56 patients with long tubular bone fracture of extremities admitted to our orthopaedic department were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment schemes.The group A was treated with plaster external fixation technology;The group B applied plate and screw internal fixation technology to compare the complications,satisfaction rate,clinical time indicators,pain degree,elbow and knee function scores of the fracture patients in group A and group B.Results The incidence of postoperative complications,the satisfaction rate of surgical efficacy,the time to complete surgery,the time to heal fractures,the VAS score and the elbow and knee joint function score of group B fractures were better than those in group A(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of long bone trauma fracture of extremities,plate and screw internal fixation technology has significant clinical effect,is not easy to occur complications,can appropriately alleviate postoperative pain,promote early recovery of elbow and knee joint functions,and should be promoted.
