神经内科综合护理对脑出血并发症发生的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Neurology Comprehensive Nursing on Cerebral Hemorrhage Complications

目的观察神经内科综合护理对脑出血并发症发生的影响。方法我院神经内科2019年6月至2020年6月收治的64例脑出血患者为本次研究对象,按照是否开展综合护理将患者分为对照组(32例:未行综合护理而行常规护理)与试验组(32例:开展综合护理),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果试验组患者护理干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分为(34.34±1.32)分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分为(34.28±1.25)分,均低于对照组,数据差异明显(t=21.354、23.853,P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗2周后神经功能缺损评估(NIHSS)得分为(11.43±1.21)分、肢体运动功能(FMA)评定量表评分得分为(83.23±1.22)分、均高于对照组,数据差异明显(t=21.754、21.237,P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率(9.38%)显著低于对照组患者并发症发生率(31.25%),数据差异明显(χ^(2)=5.319,P<0.05)。试验组患者对临床护理满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(68.75%),数据差异明显(χ^(2)=5.685,P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者神经内科综合护理干预效果显著优于常规护理干预效果。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing in neurology department on cerebral hemorrhage complications.Methods Sixty-four patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to whether to carry out comprehensive nursing,the patients were divided into control group(32 cases:routine nursing without comprehensive nursing)and experimental group(32 cases:comprehensive nursing).Results After nursing intervention,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were(34.34±1.32)and(34.28±1.25),which were lower than those in the control group(t=21.354,23.853,P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of NIHSS and FMA in the experimental group were(11.43±1.21)and(83.23±1.22),which were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=21.754,21.237,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(9.38%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.25%)(χ^(2)=5.319,P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction with clinical nursing in the experimental group(93.75%)was higher than that in the control group(68.75%)(χ^(2)=5.685,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in neurology department of patients with cerebral hemorrhage is significantly better than that of routine nursing intervention.
