综合护理干预对支气管哮喘患者的护理影响研究

Study on the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Nursing of Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的研究支气管哮喘患者在不同护理干预方法下的临床效果。方法选取莆田市涵江医院呼吸内科于2021年4月至2022年4月收治的支气管哮喘患者60例,按照随机数字表方法分组,对照组和观察组各30例且分别采用常规护理干预、综合护理干预。结果两组支气管哮喘患者的临床症状消失时间、焦虑抑郁评分、肺功能指标、护理满意度、哮喘控制情况评分对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对支气管哮喘患者具有积极影响,支气管哮喘患者在综合护理干预下临床症状消失时间显著缩短,临床指标显著好转,因此该护理干预方法在支气管哮喘患者护理中更具推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effects of different nursing interventions on patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Hanjiang Hospital in Putian City from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.There were 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the observation group,and routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention were used respectively.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in clinical symptom disappearance time,anxiety and depression score,pulmonary function index,nursing satisfaction,and asthma control score(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has a positive impact on the patients with bronchial asthma.Under the comprehensive nursing intervention,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma is significantly shortened,and the clinical indicators are significantly improved.Therefore,the nursing intervention method has more promotion value in the nursing of patients with bronchial asthma.
