完全腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术护理配合技巧体会

Nursing Skill Experience of Complete Laparoscopic Pancreaticoduodenectomy

目的研究分析完全腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术手术室护理配合要点,为后续临床护理提供方法参考。方法以2018年7月至2019年12月期间在我院接受完全腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术的70例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组手术室采取一般性护理,观察组手术室强调配合护理,比较两组手术情况以及术后情况。结果观察组的手术时间以及术中出血量均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后首次排气时间以及住院治疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症发生率为22.86%,观察组为2.86%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论完全腹腔镜辅助下胰十二指肠切除术是一种高难度手术操作,更需要护士具有足够手术知识,并具有良好职业素养,术中可协助医师完成各项操作。总之,完全腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术手术过程中加强手术室的护理配合,可促进手术顺利进行,值得推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the key points of nursing cooperation in the operating room of complete laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy,so as to provide method reference for the follow-up clinical nursing.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent complete laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The operating room of the control group was given general nursing,and the operating room of the observation group emphasized cooperative nursing.Results The operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 22.86%in the control group and 2.86%in the observation group,indicating a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete laparoscopic-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy is a kind of difficult operation,which requires nurses to have sufficient knowledge of surgery and good professional quality,and can assist doctors to complete various operations.In a word,strengthening the nursing cooperation in the operating room during the operation of complete laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy can promote the smooth operation and is worth popularizing.
