摘要
风貌协调区是城市更新中的重要地段,在对其中的住宅建筑进行设计时需要考虑到参与设计的多方主体的诉求,问题较为复杂。为了解决这一复杂问题,本文在风貌协调区住宅建筑设计中结合多方参与的特点,运用一般系统论理论与方法,通过对多方主体在建筑设计全过程参与及其作用的分析,将多方参与在风貌协调区住宅建筑设计中的问题进行较为清晰的阐述与解决,提升建筑设计质量,并提出多方参与风貌协调区住宅建筑设计系统论,以补充多方参与建筑设计的相关理论。
The style coordination area is an important section in urban renewal, and the demands of various subjects involved in the design need to be taken into account in the residential architecture design, which is relatively complicated. In order to solve this complex problem, this paper combines the characteristics of multiparticipation in the design of residential buildings in the style coordination area, uses the theory and method of general system theory, and analyzes the participation and role of multi-participants in the whole process of architectural design. The problems in the design of residential buildings in the style coordination area are clearly explained and solved, the quality of architectural design is improved, and the system theory of multi-party participation in residential building design in the style coordination area is proposed to supplement the relevant theories of multi-party participation in architectural design.
