数字技术下知觉体验式岭南民宿空间优化设计方法研究

Research on Space Optimization Design Method for Perceptual Experience Lingnan Homestay Under Digital Technology

随着我国乡村振兴工作的推进和乡村旅游业的蓬勃发展,游客对民宿的居住品质和外部环境需求不断增加。目前,民宿设计中仍较普遍存在文化特色与环境特色不够突出、设计风格同质化、空间体验不佳等问题。本文从游客的知觉体验视角出发,运用BIM技术、参数化方法等数字化技术手段,结合岭南地域独有的地域文化和环境特色,对民宿建筑的功能布局、空间组织及立面设计进行知觉体验式设计改造,探究以知觉体验为主导的岭南民宿建筑营造方法,为知觉体验导向下的民宿精细化设计提供参考。

With the advancement of the rural revitalization work in our country and the vigorous development of rural tourism, the tourists’ demands for the living quality and the external environment of homestays continue to increase. At present, there are still common problems in the design of homestays, such as insufficient cultural and environmental characteristics, homogenization of design styles, and poor space experience, and so on. From the perspective of tourists’ perceptual experience, this paper uses digital technologies, such as BIM technology and parametric methods, and combined with the unique regional culture and environmental characteristics of Lingnan, carries out a perceptual experiential design transformation to the functional layout, spatial organization and facade design of homestay buildings. It explores the construction method of Lingnan homestay buildings led by perceptual experience, and provides a method reference for the refined design of homestay under the guidance of perceptual experience.
