滑溜水压裂液用乳液降阻剂的合成及应用

摘要 采用丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸及全氟甲基丙烯酸酯在反相乳液中共聚制备一种乳液降阻剂。该降阻剂溶解时间为40 s,配成滑溜水溶液CST值小于同条件下的KCl溶液,降阻率为72%~75%,岩心伤害率为5%左右,抗盐性达到200 g/L,可用现场返排液进行配液。在自211井的压裂施工测试,效果显著,可以充分满足现场施工需求。 A friction reducer was prepared by copolymerization of acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid,acrylic acid,and perfluoroacrylate in inverse emulsion.According to the performance evaluation,the dissolution time of this friction reducer is 20 s,the antiswelling rate before and after aging is more than 80%,the drag reduction rate is 76%80%,the permeability recovery rate measured in the core damage test is greater than 90%,and the salt resistance reaches 200 g/L.The liquid can be prepared with on-site backflow liquid.Therefore,it can be seen that the friction reducer has good performance and can meet the expected design.Through the fracturing operation test of Well Zi 211,it is observed that the effect is remarkable,which fully meets the requirements of on-site construction.
