摘要
采用助剂修饰合成金属有机骨架基化合物PVP-Ni-MOFs,经N_(2)气氛退火制备了Ni/C-400催化剂。采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM、SEM、N_(2)吸附-脱附等对催化剂进行结构与性能表征,考察了Ni/C-400催化C_(9)石油树脂加氢反应中温度、H_(2)压力以及时间对反应体系溴值的影响。结果表明:Ni/C-400具有大量介孔结构,助剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)促进了Ni在碳载体上的分散;在Ni/C-400用量0.25 g、H_(2)压力6 MPa、温度210℃最佳条件下反应2 h,石油树脂的溴值降至1.3 g/100 g,氢化率达95.44%;催化剂经5次循环后,产物的溴值为1.5 g/100 g,表明Ni/C-400具有良好的催化加氢活性和较高的稳定性。
The metal organic framework compound PVP-Ni-MOFs was synthesized by the modification of PVP,and then,the Ni/C-400 catalyst was prepared by pyrolysis of the PVP-Ni-MOFs under the N_(2) atmosphere.The effects of temperature,H_(2) pressure,and the reaction time on the bromine value in hydrogenation of C_(9) petroleum resin catalyzed by Ni/C-400 were investigated.The structure and properties of the Ni/C-400 were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TEM,SEM,and N_(2) adsorption/desorption experiments.The results show that Ni/C-400 has a large number of mesoporous structures,and the addition of PVP auxiliary promotes the dispersion of Ni nanoparticles on carbon support.Under the optimum conditions of 0.25 g of Ni/C-400,6 MPa of H_(2) pressure,and 210℃for 2 h,the bromine value of resin decreased to 1.3 g/100 g.The hydrogenation rate is 95.44%.After five successive runs of catalyst test,the bromine value of hydrogenation petroleum resin is 1.5 g/100 g,indicating that Ni/C-400 has excellent catalytic hydrogenation activity and high stability.
