摘要
通过研究黄色指数仪的功能和不同碳含量催化剂的漫反射光谱,建立了用黄色指数仪测定不同催化剂中碳含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,黄色指数仪法测定催化剂碳含量-反射比的工作曲线线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99,测定结果的回收率大于99.7%,相对标准偏差小于0.5%。该法适用于甲醇制烯烃、催化裂化等化工装置中催化剂碳含量进行测定。
By studying the function of the yellow index instrument and the diffuse reflectance spectra of catalysts with different carbon content,an analytical method for the determination of carbon content in different catalysts by the yellow index instrument was established.The experimental results showed that the linear relationship between the working curve of the yellow index instrument and the reflectance was good,the correlation coefficient r>0.99,the recovery of the determination results was more than 99.7%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 0.5%.This method is suitable for the determination of catalyst carbon content in chemical plants such as methanol to olefin and catalytic cracking.
