Under the background of vigorously promoting prefabricated buildings in China,how to control the cost has become a crucial research content.Through the exploration of the cost influencing factors in the stages of prefabricated building design,component production and transportation,construction and installation,project operation and maintenance,demolition and recovery,the paper summarizes and analyzes the cost increase elements in the whole life cycle of the current stage,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions,hopes to provide reference for the cost control of prefabricated buildings in the whole life cycle.
