体外冲击波碎石用于治疗泌尿系统结石临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy in Treatment of Urinary Calculi

目的:评价泌尿系统结石应用体外冲击波碎石治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年5月北京师范大学医院收治的90例泌尿结石患者,以不同治疗方式作为分组原则将患者分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规排石法,试验组给予体外冲击波碎石治疗。对两组治疗效果、并发症发生率、患者治疗满意度进行对比。结果:两组患者治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗满意度优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系统结石,可提升治疗效果,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary system calculi.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2021,90 patients with urinary calculi admitted to Beijing Normal University Hospital were selected.According to the differences in treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional lithotripsy and the experimental group underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The treatment effects,complication rates and patient's satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the treatment satisfaction was better than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary system calculi can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the complications,which is worthy of promotion.
