老年急性胆囊炎患者临床特点及外科治疗分析

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics and Surgical Treatment in Elderly Patients with Acute Cholecystitis

目的:分析老年急性胆囊炎患者的临床特点,探讨外科治疗方法。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年12月江苏省南通市通州区第三人民医院收治的急性胆囊炎患者120例,其中老年患者70例(老年组),非老年患者50例(非老年组)。比较两组患者基础疾病、典型表现、不良情绪、白细胞计数、胆囊病理检查、手术并发症、住院时间情况。结果:两组患者基础疾病、不良情绪、病理检查(化脓、坏疽穿孔)、手术并发症、住院时间,以及曲型表现、WBC计数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年急性胆囊炎患者具有一定临床表现,根据其临床特点及时进行检查,并采取以腹腔镜为主的综合性治疗,同时应重视基础疾病与并发症的防治。

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis and explore surgical treatment method.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2020,120 patients with acute cholecystitis who were admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Tongzhou District in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province were selected,including 70 elderly patients(elderly group)and 50 non-elderly patients(non-elderly group).The differences of underlying diseases,typical manifestations,bad mood,leukocyte count,gallbladder pathology examination,surgical complications and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared.Results:The underlying diseases,bad mood,pathology examination(suppuration,gangrene and perforation),surgical complications and hospitalization time;the typical manifestations and WBC count up,and the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute cholecystitis in the elderly has certain characteristics.According to its clinical characteristics,timely examinations and comprehensive treatment based on laparoscopy are performed,and attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of underlying diseases and complications.
