达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Diane-35 Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:分析达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年4月江苏省常州市金坛区金城镇卫生院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者30例,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组,各15例。常规组患者采用达英-35治疗,研究组在常规组治疗基础上加用二甲双胍。比较两组患者治疗后血清性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)],糖代谢水平[空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)],体重指数(BMI),排卵率,妊娠率以及总有效率。结果:研究组患者治疗后排卵率、妊娠率、总有效率均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后FSH、LH、T、FINS、FBG、HOMA-IR、BMI水平均明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者采用达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗可以有效改善患者性激素与糖代谢水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 30 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were treated in Jincheng Town Health Center of Jintan District in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to April 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the routine group and the study group according to the numerical random method,with 15 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group were treated with Diane-35,and the study group was additionally treated with metformin on the basis of the medication in the routine group.Serum sex hormone levels[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)],glucose metabolism levels[fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FBG),insulin resistance index(HOMAIR)],body mass index(BMI),ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and total effective rate of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,LH,T,FINS,FBG,HOMA-IR,and BMI in the study group were significantly better than those in the routine group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,the combination of Diane-35 and metformin can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and glucose metabolism,and increase the ovulation and pregnancy rates of patients.
