预防性护理服务模式用于老年长期卧床鼻饲患者中的效果研究

Effect of Preventive Nursing Service Mode in Elderly Long-Term Bedridden Patients with Nasal Feeding

目的:分析预防性护理服务模式对老年长期卧床鼻饲患者的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月江苏如皋中医院收治的老年长期卧床鼻饲患者80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组应用预防性护理服务模式,对照组采用常规护理。观察两组患者鼻饲情况、误吸和吸入性肺炎发生率、护理后舒适度、护理满意度。结果:研究组患者护理后鼻饲次数明显少于对照组,单次鼻饲量多于对照组,鼻饲间隔时间长于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组误吸和吸入性肺炎发生率均低于对照组,舒适度、护理满意度均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年长期卧床鼻饲患者实行预防性护理服务模式可有助于减少护理人员工作量,预防误吸和吸入性肺炎的发生,提升患者舒适度,营造良好的护患关系。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of preventive nursing service mode in elderly long-term bedridden patients with nasal feeding.Methods:Eighty elderly long-term bedridden patients with nasal feeding admitted to Jiangsu Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group used the preventive nursing service mode,and the control group used conventional nursing.The nasal feeding,incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia,postnursing comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:The number of nasal feedings after nursing in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the single nasal feeding amount in the study group was more than that in the control group,and the interval between nasal feeding in the study group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the comfort and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preventive nursing service mode for elderly long-term bedridden patients with nasal feeding can help reduce the workload of nursing staff,prevent the occurrence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia,improve patient comfort and create a good nurse-patient relationship.
