摘要
目的:探讨护理人员进行沟通培训后对体检护理服务质量的影响。方法:将2021年3月-2022年2月于绵阳市第三人民医院健康管理中心任职的32名护理人员作为研究对象,按照接受不同的培训方式分为试验组和对照组,各16名。对照组护理人员给予传统培训,观察组给予全面的沟通培训,两组培训结束后分别接待100名进行全身健康体检项目的健康人群。对比两组护理人员的沟通能力、受检者的满意度和体检时间。结果:试验组护理人员的沟通能力评分、受检者满意度均高于对照组,体检时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对护理人员给予全面的沟通培训,能够提升护理人员自身素质水平,促进良好的护患关系,提高受检者的满意度。
Objective:To explore the influence of communication training of nursing staff on the quality of physical examination nursing service.Methods:A total of 32 nursing staff who worked in the Health Management Center of the Third People's Hospital of Mianyang from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different training,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 16 nurses in each group.The control group received traditional training,and the observation group received comprehensive communication training.After the training was completed,100 healthy people for general health examination items were received.The communication ability of nursing staff in the two groups as well as the examinee satisfaction and the duration of physical examination were compared.Results:The communication ability score of nursing staff and the examinee satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the duration of physical examination in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive communication training for nursing staff can improve the quality level of nursing staff,promote a good nurse-patient relationship,and increase the examinee satisfaction.
