早期吞咽功能评定筛查和分级干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理中的应用效果评价

Application Effect Evaluation of Early Deglutition Function Evaluation Screening and Grading Intervention in Nursing of Stroke Patients with Deglutition Disorder

目的:探讨早期吞咽功能评定筛查和分级干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2020年7月-2021年7月太仓市第一人民医院收治的60例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行早期吞咽功能评定,依据评定结果实施分级护理干预。比较两组护理后吞咽功能改善及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组的吞咽功能Ⅰ级例数占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组除吞咽功能Ⅰ级外其他各级患者例数占比均相对较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期吞咽功能评定筛查和分级干预在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理中的应用效果较为显著,可明显改善患者的吞咽功能,降低并发症发生率,值得临床进行推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of early deglutition function evaluation screening and grading intervention in the nursing of stroke patients with deglutition disorder.Methods:A total of 60 stroke patients with deglutition disorder admitted to Taicang First People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention;On the basis of the control group,the observation group performed the early deglutition function evaluation,and grading nursing intervention was carried out according to the results of evaluation.The improvement of swallowing function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the proportion of cases with gradeⅠswallowing function in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of the remaining cases with swallowing function grade except gradeⅠwas lower in two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early deglutition function evaluation screening and grading intervention has a significant effect on the nursing of stroke patients with deglutition disorder,it can significantly improve the deglutition function of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,and is worth promoting and applying.
