眼部整形手术的整体护理措施及效果探讨

Discussion on Holistic Nursing Measures and Effect of Ocular Plastic Surgery

目的:探讨眼部整形手术患者采用整体护理措施的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年10月临沂市皮肤病医院进行眼部整形手术的患者66例,将其随机分为常规护理组和整体护理组,各33例。常规护理组给予常规护理措施,整体护理组采用整体护理措施。观察两组患者恢复情况、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)、护理满意度(护理质量与护理效果)。结果:整体护理组红肿消退时间短于常规护理组,并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体护理组护理后SAS和SDS评分明显低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体护理组护理质量及护理效果评分均明显高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对进行眼部整形手术的患者实施整体护理措施,可提高手术安全性,降低术后并发症发生率,加快创口愈合,减轻疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing measures in patients with ocular plastic surgery.Methods:A total of 66 patients who underwent ocular plastic surgery in Linyi Dermatology Hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into routine nursing group and holistic nursing group,with 33 cases in each group.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing measures,and the holistic nursing group was given holistic nursing measures.The recovery,anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)and nursing satisfaction(nursing quality,nursing effectiveness)were observed in both groups.Results:The redness and swelling regression time in holistic nursing group was shorter than that in the routine nursing group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in holistic nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality and nursing effectiveness scores in the holistic nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of holistic nursing measures for patients undergoing ocular plastic surgery can improve the safety of surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,accelerate wound healing,and reduce pains of patients.It deserves clinical promotion and application.
