早期肠内营养在高血压脑出血术后重症患者中的护理效果评价

Evaluation of Nursing Effect of Early Enteral Nutrition in Severe Patients After Operation of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析早期肠内营养在高血压脑出血患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月费县人民医院收治的高血压脑出血患者100例,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予早期肠内营养护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率、各项营养指标及生活质量情况。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组患者的并发症发生率分别为14.00%和2.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项营养指标及生活质量改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压脑出血患者护理期间,通过予以早期肠内营养护理,可在改善营养状态的同时降低并发症发生率,显著提升生活质量,患者对护理服务的满意度也较高,值得在临床中应用。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of early enteral nutrition in severe patients after operation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in Feixian People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given early enteral nutrition nursing.The nursing satisfaction,complication rate,nutritional indexes and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates of patients in the control group and observation group were 14.00%and 2.00%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of various nutritional indexes and quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the nursing period of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,early enteral nutrition nursing can improve the nutritional status and help reduce the incidence of complications,significantly improve the quality of life,and achieved higher nursing satisfaction of the patients.It is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
