重症护理评分系统与分级护理在重度颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Critical Care Scoring System and Graded Nursing in Nursing of Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients

目的:观察重症护理评分系统与分级护理在重度颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取常熟市中医院(新区医院)2020年4月-2021年4月收治的重度颅脑损伤患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予分级护理,观察组给予重症护理评分系统评估后根据情况进行差异性护理。观察两组临床指标(包括置管时间、直接护理时间、住院时间),护理质量,并发症发生率,生活质量情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组置管时间、直接护理时间及住院时间缩短,护理质量评分与生活质量评分升高,并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在重度颅脑损伤患者护理中应用重症护理评分系统评估后根据情况进行差异性护理,能提高护理质量,加快病情恢复速度,减少并发症发生,改善生活质量,整体效果优于分级护理,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the application effect of critical care scoring system and graded nursing in the nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:A total of 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(New District Hospital)from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given graded nursing,and the observation group was given differential nursing after critical care scoring system evaluation.The clinical indexes(including catheterization time,direct nursing time and hospitalization time),nursing quality,incidence of complications and quality of life in two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter catheterization time,direct nursing time and hospitalization time,higher nursing quality score and quality of life score,and lower complication rate,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of differential nursing after critical care scoring system evaluation in the nursing of severe craniocerebral injury patients can improve the nursing quality,accelerate the recovery speed,reduce complications and improve the quality of life.The overall effect is better than that of graded nursing,and it is worthy of promotion.
