Practical Exploration of Medical Social Workers Involved in Elderly Self-Management of Hypertension

目的:分析医务社会工作以“全人健康”视角和专业方法介入高血压自我管理小组对老年人自我效能感提升的作用。方法:采用不限定性别比例的方式,对招募的老年人进行前测和后测问卷调查。结果:老年人自我效能感平均分值明显提高,提升分数为11.43分。结论:医务社工的介入对老年人高血压自我管理具有一定的积极作用,专业视角与方法的引入能够满足组员之间的差异化需求。

Objective:To analyze the effect of medical social workers'intervention in hypertension self-management group from the perspective of"wellness"and professional methods on the improvement of self-efficacy of the elderly.Methods:The elderly people were recruited by means of an unrestricted gender ratio and surveyed using pre-test and post-test questionnaires.Results:The average score of self-efficacy in the elderly increased significantly,by 11.43 points.Conclusion:The intervention of medical social workers plays a positive role in the self-management of hypertension in the elderly,and the introduction of professional perspectives and methods can meet the differentiated needs of group members.
