肛瘘又称肛管直肠瘘,是肛肠科的常见病,主要表现为肛门硬结,局部反复溃烂、流脓、疼痛、瘙痒等,一旦形成肛瘘,很难自行愈合。目前,治疗肛瘘的有效方法为手术治疗,针对不同的肛瘘类型可以采用切开术、切除术、切开挂线、拖线引流、腔内置管冲洗、部分缝合等方式。由于肛瘘的手术方式、缝合方法的不同,导致肛瘘术后的疼痛、出血、肛门缺损畸形等有较大的差异。本文将对缝合术在不同类型的肛瘘中的运用进行阐述。

Anal fistula,also known as anorectal fistula,is a common disease in the anorectal department,mainly manifested as anal sclerosis,local repeated ulceration,pus,pain,itching,etc.Once formed,anal fistula is difficult to heal by itself.At present,the only effective way to treat anal fistula is surgical treatment.For different types of anal fistula,it can be treated by incision,resection,incision and hanging,drainage with drawline,intracavity catheter irrigation,partial suture and other methods.Due to the different surgical methods and suture methods of anal fistula,there are great differences in pain,bleeding and anal defect deformity after anal fistula surgery.This article will introduce the application of suturing in different types of anal fistula.
