中药饮片配方质量对中药处方合理性及临床用药安全性的影响

Influence of Formula Quality of Chinese Herbal Decoction Pieces on Chinese Herbal Prescription Rationality and Clinical Medication Safety

目的:研究中药饮片配方质量对中药处方的合理性及临床用药安全性的影响。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年12月启东市人民医院收治的应用中药饮片治疗的患者300例作为观察对象,通过入院时间先后顺序进行分组,对照组为2020年1-12月入院,观察组为2021年1-12月入院,每组150例。对照组患者给予传统药物管理,观察组患者给予中药饮片配方质量管理。比较两组中药处方不合理占比情况、毒性饮片使用情况、毒性饮片剂量占比情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者不合理处方、中药饮片数量不合理及单味饮片剂量不合理占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的毒性饮片使用率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);使用毒性饮片的患者,观察组剂量偏大占比和正常剂量占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药饮片配方质量管理的应用在提高临床中药处方合理性,保证临床用药安全性方面有重要意义,具有进一步推广价值。

Objective: To study the influence of the formula quality of Chinese herbal decoction pieces on the rationality ofChinese herbal prescription and the safety of clinical medication. Methods: A total of 300 patients treated with Chinese herbaldecoction pieces in Qidong People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the order of admission, they were grouped: the control group was admitted from January 2020 to December 2020 andthe observation group was admitted from January 2021 to December 2021. The patients in the control group received traditionaldrug management, and the patients in the observation group received the formula quality management of Chinese herbal decoctionpieces. The proportion of unreasonable Chinese herbal prescriptions, the usage of toxic decoction pieces, the proportion of thedosage of toxic decoction pieces and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Theproportions of unreasonable prescriptions, unreasonable number of Chinese herbal decoction pieces, and unreasonable dosage ofsingle decoction piece in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);the use rate of toxic decoction pieces in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, andthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);for toxic decoction pieces, the proportions of high dose and normal dose oftoxic decoction pieces in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of formula quality management of Chinese herbal decoction pieces isof great significance in improving the rationality of Chinese herbal prescriptions and ensuring the safety of clinical medication,and has the value of further promotion.
