负压吸引治疗法在手显微外科的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Negative Pressure Suction Therapy in Hand Microsurgery

目的:探讨负压吸引治疗法在手显微外科的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月江苏省徐州市沛县人民医院收治的创伤患者76例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用传统移植皮瓣法治疗,观察组采用负压吸引治疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗满意率、再植成活率、治疗相关指标、生活质量。结果:观察组患者治疗满意率、再植成活率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肢体温度升高度数、疼痛评分均低于对照组,关节弯曲度数高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者物质生活、躯体角色、健康状况、情感角色、心理健康评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手显微外科中采用负压吸引治疗可以提高手指再植成活率和患者治疗满意率,改善患者肢体温度升高度数、创面愈合时间、关节弯曲度数,降低患者疼痛感,提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure suction therapy in hand microsurgery. Methods: A total of76 patients with trauma who were admitted to Peixian People’s Hospital of Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional skin flap transplantation, and the observation group was treated with negative pressure suction. The treatment satisfaction, replantation survival rate, treatment-related indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment satisfaction and replantation survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The degree of limb temperature rise, pain score and wound healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the degree of joint bending in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of material life, physical role, health status,emotional role and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of negative pressure suction therapy in hand microsurgery can improve the survival rate of finger replantation and patients’ treatment satisfaction, improve the degree of limb temperature rise,wound healing time and degree of joint bending, reduce patients’ pain and improve patients’ quality of life.
