Development of Fire Wircless Communication in the New Situation

消防救援队伍转制后,成为我国应急救援的主力军和国家队。基于消防应急通信工作的特点,对新形势消防通信的需求、资源和技术进行了简要介绍,探讨了消防无线通信网的网络构建、应用场景、频率规划、使用场景和发展趋势,满足新形势下消防应急通信工作的需求。在消防现有成熟通信组网模式的基础上,更加注重与应急管理部门互通,以及宽窄融合、5G等新技术的应用,提出了一种消防无线通信的发展方向,旨在为全国消防无线通信网建设献计献策。

After the transformation,the fire rescue team has become the main force and national team of China's emergency rescue.Its responsibilities have been greatly expanded,and the number of tasks has greatly increased.Based on the characteristics of fire emergency communication,the connotation of the new situation is briefly introduced.The new situation requires more for fire emergency communication.The adoption of emergency wireless communication equipment after disasters and accidents directly affects the efficiency of the fire rescue team.On the basis of the existing mature communication networking mode,the interworking with emergency management departments,as well as the application of new technologies such as wideband and narrowband fusion and 5G,should be paid much attention.Therefore,a development direction of fire wireless communication is proposed,including network construction,application scenarios and frequency planning,in order to provide suggestions for the construction of national fire wireless communication network.
