智能化全电厨具设计与研究

摘要 随着餐饮业的蓬勃发展,针对传统的中式烹饪火头旺、油烟浓,存在燃气泄漏、油锅爆燃、烟道易着火、污染环境等痛点,设计了智能化全电厨具系统,通过电磁加热技术、电热管加热技术、远红外加热技术替代明火加热。其特点是:具有防灶具干烧等保护功能、灶具火力可无级调节、预留接口可与数据分析与管控平台链接。灶具采用先进的电磁加热技术,热效率高达98%,而传统的电热丝加热和燃气灶具的热效率都在55%左右,大大节约了能源。比燃气灶具安全、环保、低碳,改善厨房面貌,对厨房形成更加系统、智能化的管理,为厨房使用者提供更大便利与安全。应用范围广,具有良好的环境保护作用,同时也能产生较好的经济效益。 The traditional Chinese cooking has strong flames and thick cooking fumes,and there are pain points such as gas leakage,fryer deflagration,flue easy to catch fire and environmental pollution.Therefore,a kind of intelligent all-electric kitchenware system is designed,replacing open flame heating with electromagnetic heating technology,electric heating tube heating technology and far infrared heating technology.It is characterized by protective functions such as preventing the stove from burning dry,stepless adjustment of the stove's firepower and the reserved interface’s being linked to the data analysis and control platform.The stove adopts the advanced electromagnetic heating technology,and its thermal efficiency is as high as 98%,while the thermal efficiency of the traditional electric heating wire and the gas stoves are about 55%,which greatly saves energy.Moreover,compared with the traditional stove,it is safer,environmentally friendly and low-carbon,improving the appearance of the kitchen and making the kitchen’s management more systematic and intelligent.This provides greater convenience and safety for the users of the kitchen.The design has a wide range of applications and is good for environment protection,producing better economic benefits.
