摘要 当前电力企业物理印章盖章管理主要采用“纸质文件打印+协同办公系统线上用印申请+线下手工用印”模式,协同办公系统线上用印申请与人工线下用印盖章脱节,无法形成有效的闭环管控。该文综合运用人工智能、物联网和自动化技术,开展便捷式物联网智能融合签章装置结构设计,研发一种集“印章保管、用印申请、用印使用、印章归还”等环节于一体的便捷式物联网智能签章工作台装置及系统,并在国家电网公司相关网省公司进行试点应用。与当前物理印章盖章管控相比,通过便捷式物联网智能签章工作台打通“线上用印申请+线下盖章监管”环节,实现用印全过程监控、留痕留底与追溯,规范印章使用,助力企业解决印章管理难题。 At present,the physical seal management in electric power enterprises mainly adopts the mode of“paper document printing plus collaborative office system online printing application+offline manual printing”mode,and the collaborative office system online printing application is out of touch with manual offline stamping,unable to form effective closed-loop control.This paper comprehensively uses artificial intelligence,Internet of Things and automation technology to carry out the structure design of a portable intelligent IoTseal device,and develops a portable intelligent IoT seal workbench device and system,which integrates the links of“seal storage–seal application–seal use–seal return”,and carries on the pilot application in the relevant provincial companies of State Grid Corporation.Compared with the current physical seal management and control,the portable intelligent IoT seal workbench realizes the link of“online printing application plus offline seal supervision”to realize the monitoring of the whole printing process,leaving traces and marks,standardizing the use of seals and helping enterprises solve the problem of seal management.
