基于RBI技术开展设备管理年度检验研究

炼化企业为了提高竞争力,对设备管理提出更高要求,在设备管理方面,年度检验工作起到很重要的作用。为了更有效和更有操作性地开展和实施年度检验工作,研究基于风险的检验(RBI)技术分析方法优缺点,考虑RBI技术在实际年度检验工作的适用性和实用性。选取具有代表性并且使用超过20 a的蒸馏装置作为研究对象。通过风险等级划分,可以更有针对性地开展年度检验工作。

In order to improve competitiveness,refining enterprises put forward higher requirements for equipment management.In terms of equipment management,annual inspection plays an important role.In order to carry out and implement the annual inspection more effectively and operationally,the advantages and disadvantages of the risk-based inspection(RBI)technology analysis method are studied,and the applicability and practicability of RBI technology in the actual annual inspection work are considered.The representative distillation unit that has been used for more than 20 years is selected as the research object.The annual inspection can be more targeted through the classification of risk levels.
