摘要
高压喷射灌浆是水利工程工程加固处理中常用的技术,在高压作用下使浆液渗入到工程或岩层的裂隙处,等待浆液凝固后可以起到封堵裂隙、加固结构的效果,对保证工程安全有显著效果。该文以某水库的病险坝为例,结合工程基本情况和地质勘察结果,设计高压喷射灌浆方案。并重点对现场施工中的钻孔、制浆和高压喷射灌浆等技术要点,以及施工中特殊情况的处理等展开简要分析。最后通过围井注水试验和钻孔取芯试验,对本次病险坝防渗加固施工质量进行检验。结果表明,防渗墙的渗透系数、抗压强度和变形模量等均符合设计要求,达到预期的除险加固效果。
High-pressure jet grouting is a commonly used technology in the reinforcement treatment of water conservancy projects.Under the action of high pressure,the slurry can infiltrate into the cracks of the project or rock stratum,and wait for the slurry to solidify,which can plug the cracks and strengthen the structure and has a remarkable effect on ensuring the safety of the project.In this paper,taking the sick and dangerous dam of a reservoir as an example,combined with the basic situation of the project and the results of geological investigation,the scheme of high-pressure jet grouting is designed.The on-site construction of drilling,pulping,high-pressure jet grouting and other technical points,as well as the treatment of special cases in the construction are briefly analyzed.Finally,the construction quality of anti-seepage reinforcement of diseased and dangerous dam is tested through well water injection test.The results show that the permeability coefficient,compressive strength and deformation modulus of the impervious wall all meet the design requirements,and the expected danger elimination and reinforcement effect is achieved.
